1. Returns and Refunds

We understand that your satisfaction is paramount. If you are not completely satisfied with the items you received, we gladly accept returns within 15 days of receipt. However, we would also gladly discuss with you about possible exchange or other remediation.

In the event of any dispute regarding the refund amount, your reimbursement will be based on the merchandise value as indicated on the original purchase invoice.

Customers are generally responsible for the shipping cost associated with returning items.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service representative by submitting a ticket through your account or by sending an email to sales@ginellsilks.com. Please indicate the specific item(s) you wish to return and provide the reason for your return.

  2. Packaging: Place the item(s) securely in their original packaging.

  3. Drop-off: Take your package to the local post office for return.

3. Return Conditions

Please adhere to the following conditions for returns:

  • Hang Tags: Ensure that you do not remove the security Hang Tags attached to the clothes neck label. This feature is only available for exchange or return when it remains intact.

  • 15-Day Evaluation: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to decide if an item meets your expectations. If not, feel free to reach out to us within this timeframe.

  • Unused Condition: Returned items must be in their unused condition, with the original packaging. We do not accept items that are worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

  • Authorization: Items returned directly without prior communication with us will not be accepted.

  • C.O.D. Service: We do not accept packages returned using Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.) service. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Promotional Discounts: If you made a purchase during a promotion where the total discount depends on the order cost (e.g., Buy More, Save More Sale), any refund will be recalculated according to promotional terms.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:

  1. Items on Clearance

  2. Underwear & Accessories: This category includes face masks, eye masks, coverings, bras, and lingerie.

  3. Customized Items

We will refund to your original payment method. For instance, if you used a credit card for payment, the refund will be processed to your credit card.

6. Reporting Defective Products

If you encounter quality issues, please contact our customer care team within 5 business days of receiving your product. We will assist you with the return and refund process.

7. Responsibility

Until we receive the returned items, they remain the responsibility of the customer. Proper packaging is essential to prevent damage during transit. Be sure to obtain proof of postage in case you need to contact us regarding your return. We are not liable for items returned to us by mistake.
